CDP professionals managed rezoning and statutory approvals for Perth’s largest brownfields development on a spectacular peninsula setting by the Swan River.
The redevelopment of Belmont Park Racecourse will convert 38ha of riverfront land on the doorstep of WA’s premier sporting and entertainment precinct into a prestigious lifestyle precinct. Comprising medium and high-rise residential, commercial, retail and entertainment facilities, the project will be anchored by an international standard racecourse.

Our team prepared and negotiated approval for the Belmont Park Redevelopment Structure Plan, a critical document guiding development and land use on the site. To obtain this approval, CDP coordinated the inputs of a range of technical consultants, prepared a site master plan and secured rezoning under the local planning scheme.
