CDP professionals have been closely involved in planning of the Alkimos Eglinton district since the mid 1990’s. Amberton Beach is the realisation of detailed subdivision design for a 200ha site within the 600ha Eglinton Local Structure Plan area.

CDP successfully negotiated approval of the first stage of subdivision in advance of formal approval to the Eglinton Local Structure Plan, demonstrating our sound working relationship with local and State governments.

Our involvement continues in many project components including bulk earthworks, display village establishment, Local Development Plans and resolution of sensitive issues relating to the oceanside stages of the development.
