The unique setting of an international standard rowing course provided the backdrop for a comprehensively designed medium density project featuring high standards of built form.

The Champion Lakes project is an infill development located in Armadale, south of Perth, with a 55ha man-made lake the focal point.

Covering an area of approximately 26ha, the residential estate will ultimately deliver over 450 residential lots.

CDP professionals undertook a comprehensive design process and secured approval for the overall structure plan. Detailed subdivision design and preparation of an Estate Design Guidelines and Local Development Plans for each development staging has delivered a distinctive residential community. As the project evolves, CDP is guiding the refinement of project design guidelines, with attention to a myriad of built form considerations.
